In this Privacy Policy, we seek to explain to you in the clearest way possible what Personal Information (defined below) we collect, how we use it and what rights you have in relation to it.

This Privacy Policy applies when you visit our websites, http://www.framework.so and https://www.getupliftnow.com (collectively, the “Site”), download and use our mobile application (the “App”), and use our platform for health and wellness organizations and professionals, which may be used to build and facilitate community-based health and wellness programs (including via the Site or App or any related services, sales, marketing or events, and together with the Site and the App, the “Services”). We hope you take some time to read through it carefully, as it is important. If there are any terms in this Privacy Policy that you do not agree with, please discontinue use of our Sites or Apps and the Services.

Email Open/Click Information.  We may use pixels in our email campaigns that allow us to collect your email and IP address as well as the date and time you open an email or click on any links in the email.

8. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?

In Short: We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 16 years of age.

We do not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under 18 years of age. By using the Services or Apps, you represent that you are at least 18 or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor dependent’s use of the Services or Apps. If we learn that Personal Information from users less than 18 years of age has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data from our records. 11. WHAT ARE YOUR CHOICES?

In certain circumstances providing Personal Information is optional. Upon your request to terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from our active databases. However, some information may be retained in our files to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, enforce our Terms of Use and/or comply with legal requirements.

12. ONLINE TRACKING AND DO-NOT-TRACK SIGNALS

We and our third party service providers may use cookies, pixels, or other tracking technologies to collect information about your browsing activities over time and across different websites following your use of the Site and use that information to send targeted advertisements.  Our Site currently does not respond to “Do Not Track” (“DNT”) signals and operates as described in this Privacy Policy whether or not a DNT signal is received. If we do respond to DNT signals in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy to describe how we do so.
