In this Privacy Policy, we seek to explain to you in the clearest way possible what Personal Information (defined below) we collect, how we use it and what rights you have in relation to it. ‍ This Privacy Policy applies when you visit our websites, http://www.framework.so and https://www.getupliftnow.com (collectively, the “Site”), download and use our mobile application (the “App”), and use our platform for health and wellness organizations and professionals, which may be used to build and facilitate community-based health and wellness programs (including via the Site or App or any related services, sales, marketing or events, and together with the Site and the App, the “Services”). All payment data is stored by Stripe; we store only a tokenized version of such information and do not maintain payment card information on our servers. We may request access or permission to certain features from your mobile device, including your mobile device's calendar, camera, contacts, microphone, reminders, SMS messages, storage, sensors, social media accounts, and other features. If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device's settings. Mobile Device Data. We may automatically collect device information (such as your mobile device ID, model and manufacturer), operating system, version information and IP address. Push Notifications. We may request to send you push notifications regarding your account or the mobile application. In Short: We process your information for purposes based on legitimate business interests, the fulfillment of our contract with you, compliance with our legal obligations, and/or your consent. If the admin(s) or managers of a particular group or organization within the service decides to discontinue using the Service, we may provide them with an export of certain data associated with users in the applicable group or organization. 4. IS YOUR INFORMATION TRANSFERRED INTERNATIONALLY? In Short: We may transfer, store, and process your information in countries other than your own. Our servers are located in the USA. If you are accessing our Services or Apps from outside the USA, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed by us in our facilities and by those third parties with whom we may share your Personal Information (see "WILL YOUR INFORMATION BE SHARED WITH ANYONE?" above), in the USA, and other countries.

 

5. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION? In Short: We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, while we have a business need to do so, or otherwise required by law, whichever is longer. We will only keep your Personal Information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting or other legal requirements). No purpose in this policy will require us keeping your Personal Information for longer than the period of time in which users have an account with us. By using the Services or Apps, you represent that you are at least 18 or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor dependent’s use of the Services or Apps. If we learn that Personal Information from users less than 18 years of age has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data from our records. Upon your request to terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from our active databases. However, some information may be retained in our files to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, enforce our Terms of Use and/or comply with legal requirements.

ONLINE TRACKING AND DO-NOT-TRACK SIGNALS We and our third party service providers may use cookies, pixels, or other tracking technologies to collect information about your browsing activities over time and across different websites following your use of the Site and use that information to send targeted advertisements. Our Site currently does not respond to “Do Not Track” (“DNT”) signals and operates as described in this Privacy Policy whether or not a DNT signal is received.
